About the Event
Join us in celebration of International Yoga Day for a virtual livestream series made inclusive for all, kids included!
Yoga is a practice of sanskrit origin which has spread throughout the world, promoting peace, proper function of the body and connectedness with the mind body and soul.
This year’s theme of the International Day of Yoga, “Yoga for well-being”, aims at focussing how yoga can promote the holistic health of every individual, which is at the core of our work at Kiowellness and much relevant for our times in a society still recovering from the impact of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.
In honor of this practice, we are hosting a FREE virtual event for all to join from the comfort of your home. This event will be DONATION based, we strive to make yoga accessible to all, but we also welcome your support!
